Your family will have all the necessary amenities in one place when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Conveniently located at the top of the Soaring Eagle Express for easy pit stops. Soaring Eagle lift is tentatively fully operational starting late December. During the winter, Hoots Lounge, hot tubs, and equipment rentals are available on the 1st floor. Summer time lends itself to a quiet escape with epic sunrises. The space Relax and unwind after a day on the mountain. This 3rd-floor unit gives you a spot to rest and prepare for the days to come. The bedroom has a queen size mattress and closet space. The living room is equipped with oversized furniture that will engulf you after a play day. The couch also pulls out to a full sized sleeper with a new memory foam mattress. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster oven, microwave, and the ever-important coffee pot. For your convenience, there are also utensils, plates, bowls, mugs and glassware, as well as basic condiments in the fridge. There will be a drawer of food that we leave up here for when we are visiting, please leave that be - if you do use it, please replace prior to departure. Please clean all dishes or run the dishwasher prior to departure. Trash can be taken to the trash room or disposed of in the dumpster on your way out. The bathroom has a shower and enough full-sized towels for 4. Extra supplies can be found in the bottom drawer of the dresser if needed. The condo and the whole building has a NO SMOKING policy. If it is suspected that smoking in the unit occurred, a $150 fine will be enforced. ——- The hot tubs are located on the first floor of Top of the World and will be available between the hours of 4-10pm starting in December. There are only two and capacity will be limited to 6 per hot tub as well as restricted to Top of the World guests. Please be respectful of the space and time while using the hot tubs. _____ I like to be up front with everyone so please note there are additional taxes for all accommodations in West Virginia, and an additional tax for the Snowshoe community specifically. They are as follows: 6% state sales tax 6% hotel/motel tax 2% Snowshoe Community tax look Guest access Summer time - the entire condo is available to you plus the entire mountain! Winter time - you get the condo, plus a full service bar, hot tubs (with limited hours) and a rental shop and retail store for all of your wintertime activity needs. Other things to note Dogs have been in this space and this building, although we cannot allow renters to bring their fur-babies. Please be mindful of this if you have allergies to pet dander. This condo is also a space for us and we do leave things up there, but we do our best to keep them within one space so there is plenty of storage areas for you.
