Equipped with wifi, it is ideal for teleworking. The bath in the room is a unit bath, but there is also a large hot spring bath in the condominium. (Charge: 500 yen/person) The space The floor plan is 2DK (dining room, kitchen, bedroom (2 western-style rooms), and unit bath. The kitchen has a microwave, oven toaster, pot, IH stove, and fridge, which you can use freely. ■ Bedrooms and bedding Western-style room → 2 single beds Western-style room 2 → 3 futons, 1 queen size bed ■ Amenities We have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, combs, cotton, razors, etc. ■ Kitchen Seasonings include salt, sugar, soy sauce, and salad oil. Cooking utensils include a microwave, rice cooker, frying pan, small pot, bowl, strainer, knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc. You are welcome to use the dishes, chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls, tea bowls, etc. Guest access You can enter the room with the keypad. I will give you the number when your reservation date approaches. Other things to note About check-in times It is from 3 pm to 10 pm. We cannot handle any check-in issues after 10 pm. About changing the number of guests. This accommodation is not a room charge system, so even within the maximum capacity, the amount will vary depending on the number of people. If there is any change in the number of guests, please contact us at least the day before your stay. Also, if you only use the BBQ, etc., and do not stay overnight, you will be charged the usual additional fee. About washing and drying The washing machine is available for free in the room. The dryer is available in the common area for a fee of 500 yen. Parking Parking is available on site. From July 21 to mid-September, the busy season fee is 900 yen/day. About fireworks. Fireworks are completely prohibited. Fireworks are allowed at Shirahama Chuo Beach, which is a 1-minute walk away, so please enjoy them there. About the number of guests Please be sure to let me know if there are any changes to the number of guests on your reservation. If there is a difference from the number of people booked, we will charge an additional fee for the difference in the number of people + 1.5 times the total amount as a penalty. About smoking No smoking inside. Please use the smoking space on the balcony. If we find out that you have smoked in the room, we will charge you a fine of up to 50,000 yen. About the natural environment The hotel is rich in nature, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and insects. We take measures to prevent insects from entering the room, but it is difficult to completely prevent them, so we do not recommend staying if you are not good with insects.
