Beautiful Normandy farmhouse near Lyons-la-Forêt

On the edge of the Forest and at the foot of the Lieure, come and enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful red brick Normandy farmhouse. Located only 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris and 4 km from Lyons la Forêt, our newly renovated house, offers all the modern comforts while still retaining the charm of the old. With an area of 110 m2, this house is on a vast green and wooded garden in which you will find garden tables, sunbeds and children's games and above ground pool. The space The house is a typical Norman farmhouse on one level composed of 3 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom of 12 m2 with a double bed, ideal for a couple - 1 bedroom of 16 m2 with a double bed, a cabinet, ideal also for a couple (Possibility to add an extra bed or baby bed) - 1 bedroom of 10 m2 with a single bed and a bed drawer, a wardrobe and a dressing table, ideal for 2 children or 2 adults. In addition to these 3 bedrooms, you will enjoy a 40 m2 double lounge with a dining area composed of an extendable table for up to 10 people, a sideboard, and a coffee table with 4 children's chairs. The living room side consists of 2 cozy sofas, a trundle coffee table and majestic fireplace. A separate fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare good little dishes await you. After a good day in the countryside, you can lounge in a bath in our comfortable bathroom. In addition to all this interior space, you can enjoy an outdoor space of more than 2000 m2. Our wooded garden will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days while staying at home: - At the front of the house, facing south, a table of 4 people awaits you for your breakfasts. Two deckchairs will allow you to take your naps in the sun. - On the back of the house, you can enjoy a table for 8 people for your sunny meals with friends and family. Two lounge chairs will allow you to lend yourself to digest your meal. For children, young and old, there is a trampoline and a slide/swing gantry. Below are the directions for using the pool: Before use 1. Remove protective cover 2. Run the filter pump: - turn the gray faucets present at the suction and outlet nozzles, - plug in the pump socket - press the power on position 4 for 4 hours of filtration - leave the filtration to be done - at the end of the filtration, turn off the pump, unplug it - close the faucets at the suction and outlet nozzles. 3. Clean any debris on the surface of the pool area with the net 4. Set up the ladder with a portion indoors and one outdoors 5. For more stability, install the tiles on the feet of the ladder outside the pool 6. Enjoy the pool!!! 7. Put back the protective cover after use to avoid exhausting yourself from the net:). Guest access The house is accessible by car. You can park 3 cars there. In the neighborhood, you can get around by bike or on foot to access the forest and visit the village of Rosay-sur-Lieure. To get out of the village, the car and bike remain the best options. Other things to note By renting our house, we provide you with the time of your stay: - Towels, - Towels, - Bed linens, - Toilet paper, - handwashing cream, handwashing cream, - dishwashing liquid, - dish towels. So many things you won't have to worry about when preparing for your stay. In winter, an increase of 15% to 25% of the nightly rate will be applied, taking into account the additional charges related to energy (mainly fuel oil). In summer and for long weekends throughout the year, we prefer reservations of at least 5 nights. The rate applied is a rate for 4 adults, any additional person entailing an additional cost whose time will be communicated at the time of booking. Please also let us know if you wish to use the fireplace and we will inform you at this time of the additional costs associated with the purchase of wood.
