New independent studio located at the bottom of the garden facing the pool (8x4 m) secured and heated (June to September). Located 15 minutes from the airport and a 10-minute drive to the city center. Parking is free and easy on the street. The pool is shared with our family. The space Air-conditioned studio located in a quiet area near the Haut Brion vineyards on the outskirts of Bordeaux. The place is independent of the house and totally reserved for guests. Inside, you'll find: - a bathroom separate from the bedroom - an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge - living room area with sofa bed 140 x 190 cm Close to transport (SNCF, bus, tram) serving Bordeaux and Arcachon Guest access The studio is located at the end of our garden facing the pool, shared with family members (1 couple and 2 children) Other things to note Please note that smoking is only allowed outside the accommodation A cleaning deposit of €60 by check or cash will be required upon guest check-in.
