Our own version of "GLAMPING".. This is good for people who appreciate life's simplicities.. - air conditioned room - shared toilet & bath, heated shower - swimming pool access - with breakfast for two The space Our place is situated 1,200 ft. above sea level. Normal temperature in the area is a bit cold and windy (like that of Tagaytay City). We have a man-made lake above the mountains.. Boat rides are available for rent, if you wish to explore the famous Caliraya Lake. Another attraction in the area is the Japanese Garden, a park built to pay homage to the fallen Japanese soldiers of World War II. It will also be worth your time to have a sidetrip at the town proper of Lumban, Laguna to see our "hand-embroidered barongs"; our adjacent town Pagsanjan for the famous Pagsanjan Falls; the nearby town of Liliw, Laguna for their quality yet economical footwears; and Paete, Laguna - the "Wood Carving Capital of the Philippines".. Guest access Checked-in guests can access our garden and swimming pool area. Other things to note Spacio House Rules: 1) Check in time: 14:00, Check-out: 12:00     Keys must be surrendered upon check-out. Lost key is subject to P1,500 charge. 2)REFUNDABLE incidental deposit of P2,000 is required upon check-in. 3)Only registered guests are allowed inside the property. 4) NO PET POLICY. 5) NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the rooms. It is allowed only on our     designated smoking areas. 6) All forms of deadly and concealed weapons are not allowed inside the resort premises, including illegal drugs and its paraphernalia. 7) Breakfast is served from 7am-10am only, we will ask your preferred time upon check-in. 8) Cooking is not allowed, we have an in-house cafe serving home-cooked meals for our overnight guests, but must order in advance. 9) Please do not leave valuables inside parked vehicles; keep your rooms locked if leaving the area. 10) Swimming pool is open from 6:30am to 10:00pm. For your safety, proper     swimming attire shall be required. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, PLEASE BE     RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR KIDS. 11)Private partying inside the rooms are not allowed. Kindly keep the noise     level down as to not disturb other guests. Corkage Fee for Alcoholic Beverages: 1) Beer - 30/bottle 2) Hard Liquors - 300/bottle
