Guest access Entire 300/sq ft bungalow and large fenced/private outdoor space for dining, grilling, sunbathing and shower. Other things to note All you'll need is your suitcase and groceries! The bungalow has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. No oven. This section is entirely fenced in with a bungalow. An upstairs/downstairs duplex is next door. You may have interaction with other guests when arriving and leaving but all areas are separated with their own entrances and parking. Grocery, pharmacy/liquor store is just 1/2 mile. Historic St Augustine is 3 miles. Guana State Park is north.
