Great place for long term roommates. Large room almost 200 square feet. Includes Includes bed, couch, desk, chest and smart TV and walk in closet is included for your convenience. This is not a bed and breakfast and we do not offer stays less than 30 days. Must have Covid Vaccination and boosters current. The space Quiet, clean, comfortable and productive. Guest access Private bedroom, common areas such as bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. During your stay I live on site and am always available in person or by cell or text. Other things to note For verification/safety purposes will need to see legal photo ID upon check in. I have friendly well trained cuddly dogs. Guests with consistent 4 star or higher ratings preferred
