Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170 The space The apartment is above our 2-car garage (1 flight of stairs) and has a private entrance. 43” TV, Netflix, Prime and YouTube available. Full compact kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, blender and toaster. The bedroom has a cozy queen captains' bed with drawers below for storage. We have a twin size daybed in the living room and linens. A mini split Heater/AC unit. We also have portable fans to help circulate the air. Although the bedroom does have a west facing wall, it can be warmer in the late afternoon when the temperatures are above 95 degrees. When you leave the AC running and close the bedroom window, shutters and blackout drapes in the morning the whole place will stay cool. Santa Rosa usually has great weather; we get the coastal breezes to cool us down at night. We don't usually stay hot for long periods of time, we say "don't get used to it, because the weather will change in a couple of days". Our home is centrally located, the coast, mountains, and beautiful valleys, are all within a short drive! Sonoma County is the chosen spot! Wineries and Breweries galore! Permit #SVR23-170 Guest access Our guest can use our washer and dryer upon request, located in our garage. Parking is adjacent to the stairs leading to the apartment. North end of the shared driveway (see reserved parking sign). Other things to note A maximum of 1 daytime guest is allowed. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.
