Easy access to the river, mountains and boulders and within walking distance to Main St. for local eateries, coffee shops, markets and bars. Please read the house description carefully - this is an old house, not is not a modernized state of the art home. It sees a lot of guests. It is also attached to the back of a private residence and is next door to two schools. There is potential for noise during the day. It is pet friendly but the yard is not fully fenced. We allow up to 7 people to stay but there are only 2 real beds, one blow-up mattress and one sofa. Front yard, driveway, entire two bedroom one bath unit. We work a lot in the backcountry and travel as well, there may be times when we aren't readily available but there is an info sheet on the fridge with other contacts in case of emergencies or issues. We are located across the street from a middle school and next to a high school field. It’s relatively quiet but can be busy at times. Easy to walk to downtown and easy driving from the house to anywhere. There is no television. There is excellent wifi, though.
