The master bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom with shower/tub and separate vanity. With the windows open you can let the dramatic sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and play area for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach! Guest access Guests have access to all resort facilities. An elevator is available to the 2nd and 3rd floors for buildings 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13. Other things to note Please note this is a pet friendly condo and you must indicate at booking if you’re bringing a dog. The fee is just $30+tax per dog up to two dogs max for the whole stay.
