Our home is cozy and warm and very welcoming. We take pride in having and living in a QUIET, peaceful home, it is NOT A WORK SPACE, including online meetings and online work. We also very much encourage our guests to take full advantage of their time in our beautiful city. We aren’t a hotel and we live in our home so we don’t expect our guests to hang out in their room all day. If you love to get out and explore, our place is for you. We look forward to meeting you soon! The space A Single room with a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space with a private bath separate from the bedroom in a very cool and relaxed home. We're located in a quiet and friendly cul de sac, with an open back yard, and a deck overlooking San Clemente Canyon. Our neighborhood is centrally located with easy freeway access: 10-15 minutes from the San Diego International Airport,Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo, Downtown and all its amazing attractions, restaurants & nightlife; 5 minutes to the beach at La Jolla, 15 minutes to the Race Track at Del Mar! We're a quick drive to several shopping centers, too. The Trolley, and Amtrak/Coaster stations are 12 minutes away, and you're just a stroll away from the bus line. UCSD, Scripps Institute and USD are all within 10 minutes by car. SDSU is about a 20 minute drive from our house as well. If you're coming for Comic Con, we are 15-20 minutes from the Convention Center, or 10 minutes from the Trolley to park and ride in. We are close to everything here, so many great places to eat, shop, have fun and relax; even in our back yard! There is even a Starbucks right up the street!!
