The space Tucked above our detached garage, this charming apartment offers privacy and comfort just behind our 100-year-old brick Craftsman home. The space includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom with double shower heads, and an open living area with a dining table and Lazy Boy reclining sofa- designed for efficiency and comfort. The well-stocked kitchenette makes simple meals easy—equipped with an electric skillet, crock pot, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, French press, rice cooker, kettle, oils, and spices. Each bedroom has a lamp, large closet, soft sheets, and comfortable memory foam matresses. Guests enjoy access to plenty of parking on our spacious double lot. You’ll also get a dose of history and humor—our property includes a mid-century bomb shelter, a fun reminder of Clermont’s past (and a guaranteed survival mechanism if the apocalypse happens during your stay).
