This 1600sq ft space is great for couples, families, or small groups. With two bedrooms, two baths, and a bonus room it allows for plenty of space to work, unwind and relax. Walk to the brewery, restaurants, hiking trails, Alyeska Daylodge, or the mercantile right from your door. Settle into this cozy chalet with beautiful mountain views; adventure awaits! The space This recently, updated chalet has an inviting open floor plan and a homey feel. You will walk into the spacious entry way providing space for your gear and a brand new washer and dryer. Walking into the home you will find the fully equipped kitchen including several spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and local coffee beans. We have stainless steel appliances and updated flatware, glassware, plateware, and pots and pans. A hand crafted kitchen table sits adjacent to the kitchen providing a space perfect for a family style meal or games. The large, L shaped sectional with several pillows and blankets is extremely inviting and will make you feel at home. You'll find another hand crafted piece of furniture in an eye catching bar with comfortable bar stools to sit around sipping local brews. A 55 in TV sits adjacent to the couch & bar area which is compatible with a variety of services including Apple TV, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney + through your personal account logins. A newly updated, full size bathroom with a large shower sits downstairs which uniquely connects to the bonus room where you will find a comfortable twin bed, perfect for the last minute extra guest or child. Winding upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, both furnished with Casper queen sized beds, complete with comfortable bedding. Both bedrooms have in floor heat and modern ceiling fans to accommodate your individual comfort needs. The hallway has a desk, office chair, and computer monitor, perfect for your remote office. The second updated bathroom is a 3/4 bath which sits in between the two bedrooms. You will find this set up to meet your needs and then some as you settle in and make it your own for your stay. Please help yourself to the soft towels, linens, use of toiletries and laundry detergent. A yoga mat is also provided. There is a large deck with a small table and chairs to sip coffee or a cocktail while enjoying gorgeous mountain views. We are pleased to supply a pack n play with a sheet, clip on baby high chair, children's dishes, and a KidCo Go Pod. Any additional items may be available- just ask! Other things to note We are resident Alaskans and are happy to talk about adventures and help others fall in love with this beautiful state! As such, if you have a severe dog allergy this would not be an appropriate home for you.
