Pet Friendly Deluxe Basement Suite, Private Entry

Welcome to Denver! Our newly remodeled basement suite is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with easy access to amenities/highways. The suite features a private entrance, and parking spot in the driveway. 10 minutes to downtown Denver. Perfect for small families, couples, and business travelers. *****The upstairs suite is also an Airbnb, each suite is private, neither has access to others space. This is located in a cul de sac, the bathtub is x large and has bubbles (jets don't work) The space As you enter the suite, you'll find a cozy seating area and full kitchen with washer and dryer in unit. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, work space, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with drawer storage for personal belongings. But, you'll find all the best our unit has to offer in our large 4 piece bathroom! The large, two person soaking tub is definitely a must after a long day of of Colorado adventuring. Even better, our steam shower doubles as a SAUNA Cabinet! What more could one ask for?! Oh you have a traveling pet companion? They are welcome to tag along as well! We are a pet friendly house that allows cats and dogs alike. Your suite will have some shared driveway space OUTSIDE of your unit. You have an enclosed sunporch just for yourself. Other things to note There is a sun room at the back of the house. Feel free to enjoy it while we work on making it more enjoyable. This is a basement suite. There is upstairs guests as well, but each suite is private from each other Neither unit has access to each other. Our Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly home and DO NOT charge an initial pet fee, with the understanding that you will ensure our home is left in good condition. We may need to charge an additional cleaning fee after your stay if the following occurs: -- housekeeping spends more than 30 minutes of extra time cleaning up pet hair, messes, etc; --if our linens have excessive hair left on them and require extra laundering or replacement; if housekeeping has to spend extra time cleaning up pet poop from the front or back lawn. --We may also need to charge for any damages left behind by your pet. The best way to avoid these fees is by helping housekeeping out. If there is excessive hair left behind, there is a vacuum available for your use. --If there is hair on the bedding please consider starting the linens in the washer on a deep clean cycle. --Please make sure you are picking up dog poop immediately after it happens.
