Welcome to our newly renovated home. This little slice of heaven is exactly where you need to stay to get the full Grafton experience. Located closely to many highlights of our town. The parking on the property is endless. This home is located on a 5 acre lot, with a beautiful wrap around porch. The front porch or the back deck is a perfect to wake up and have coffee on. There will be light traffic in and out of the property. This is because there is a small fire wood operation that takes place. The space House rental is the 1st (main/Homestead) and 2nd (upstairs/Loft) floors only. Basement not included. Guest access You may use yard around the home. All other off limits.
