Classic Otematata Bach

Welcome to our family holiday home, classic Otematata style, clean, tidy and easy to relax in. Everything you need for a break, heat pump, fresh linen, comfy beds and room for all the family and friends. Otematata is the perfect base for fishing, boating and relaxing with Lake Benmore five minutes drive away and a short walk to Lake Aviemore. Our bach is a short walk to the shop, fabulous coffee at Hungry Hydro, playground, pub and club or just enjoy the amazing relaxing views! The space The Bach has two bedrooms inside and a sleep out in the backyard which has two queen bunks with singles above (sleepout only available on request). House is north facing and full of sun. Clean and tidy bathroom, and combination of modern appliances- washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine and retro furniture and fittings make it a very relaxed easy stay. Great bbq with gas bottle onsite. Wifi is available as well is Freeview plus an internet ready TV which you can stream to. Pricing is $140 for two and $20 each for extra adults, extra children aged 5 to 15 are $5 each, children under 5 are free. One night bookings will incur a $50 extra charge. Suitable for 4 adults, or adults and children depending on ages, please message any questions. Sleepout is available on request but is not suitable for younger children on their own. If your dates are unavailable please message as we sometimes have dates pencilled in because we haven’t finalised our own plans yet. Guest access You will have access to the house and sleep out, plus covered area attached to garage (pictured) in which is ideal for parking boat under, drying gear or sitting in sun in the evening.
