From the outside we have kept the character of an old neighborhood school. Once inside the magic of wood works, you'll feel like you're in a cottage. The living room has an open-plan kitchen that opens onto a large living room. The latter will allow you to enjoy unforgettable moments by the fireplace. The large table will allow you to enjoy friendly meals together. The mezzanine will allow children to spend unforgettable moments. The space Occupancy is 12 people. Inside: On the ground floor, a large 42 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen, living room and a living room where you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Due to the ceiling height of the old classroom, we created a mezzanine above the kitchen. Children often take over this space. There is a TV there. There is a Wi-Fi connection. Upstairs, four independent bedrooms: - 2 bedrooms for two people with 140 x 190 beds. One has a baby bed. - 2 bedrooms for four people, 2 bunk beds of 90 x 190 in each bedroom. (Possibility to rent bed linen (10 euros per person) The bathroom is located on the ground floor. It has three independent showers, four sinks. The 2 toilets are separated. Outside: You will have the common closed courtyard or you can enjoy the barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. Under the courtyard is a game of bowling as well as a ping pong table. A 2000 m² plot allows children and adults to enjoy the different seasons without taking the car (football, sleds, snowman...) Extras: The end of stay cleaning is included in the price, it is 120 euros. Please empty your trash cans when you check out. Regarding the sorting of waste at your disposal, a compost bucket as well as garbage cans of different colors are available in the accommodation. Containers are also behind the house to save you from going to the collection point. We also offer the wood basket for 8 euros. Sheet rental at 10 euros per person. Four parking spaces to park cars are located behind the school. If you book for a weekend, please don't hesitate to contact me to find out the possible times to pick up and return the keys. Guest access To make the most of your stay, I ask that four cars park at the back of the school. The courtyard, common to both rentals, is not a parking lot, it will allow you to enjoy the garden furniture, relaxing armchairs while being in the shade of the lime trees. The courtyard will allow you to enjoy a game of bowling or a ping pong table. Close to the main road, however, it is advisable to have suitable equipment for the car. From the rental, you can enjoy the different walking paths, whether on foot, by bike... Other things to note Owners of electric cars will need to recharge their vehicles at the charging stations located in the city. Charging at the rental is prohibited.
