Please be courteous of neighbors. No tents or camping allowed in the yard. The front porch is perfect for a morning cup of tea or coffee or an evening cocktail. This is a duplex with separate ownership per side, there is no shared aspect of the home. Please be respectful of the family living next door. Other things to note Historic Hilton Village was built for shipyard workers during World War I to help build ships. The homes situated within historic Hilton Village were built between 1918 to 1920 and the majority still have many original features including hardwood floors, clawfoot tubs (mine was removed before I bought it), original windows and slate roofs. When opening and closing doors and windows and coming and going please remember the age of the home.
