Feel-good apartment with sun factor & castle view

Spend your most beautiful days of the year with us. Yoga or breakfast on the patio? Cozy lounging on the inviting sofa? Cooking & tinkering in the well-equipped kitchen? Hiking on winding paths in surrounding forests? Barbecuing in the garden? Shopping tour in "nearby" cities? Everything is possible. Take a break and unwind at our little oasis. The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house (adjacent to a meadow) at the end of the cul-de-sac of a small neighborhood. The space Our apartment offers comfortable space for two people. It is located on the first floor of the detached house at the end of the cul-de-sac of a small residential area. Directly adjacent are meadows (horses, sheep, goats...). The view from the living room windows of the apartment falls on the church, castle tower, countryside and mountains. Within 30 minutes you can reach Zurich, St. Gallen, Constance, Schaffhausen. The whole apartment has energized, original Grander water. Enjoy this while showering and drinking :-). In addition, the apartment is shielded against harmful radiation of all kinds. The bedroom has a stylish double bed in natural wood and two bed sets, a comfortable armchair, two bedside tables with two drawers and a lamp each, a small "reading corner for HER and HIM," a mosquito net on the window and a "dresser cabinet" (drawers, small cabinet, shelves and a small lockable cabinet) for clothes and the like. In the cozy living room you will find a large, cozy, back-adjustable sofa with a blanket for lounging, reading, chilling (and even for "sleeping")..., a small coffee table, a TV, DVD player (including a small but fine selection of DVDs), a work table with lamp and standard office supplies, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with table and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic stovetop (plus pans...) with extractor hood, oven (sheets, dishes, pot holders...), dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer compartment. A capsule coffee maker and a tea maker make it easier to start the day. Toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, bowls, raclette oven and more help you prepare your meals. Hot air fryer and fondue dishes for a real Swiss cheese fondue can also be provided upon request. In the "small" but nice bathroom you will find a window, a sink, toilet, a towel warmer, shower, shower items, a small dresser with two drawers and a good hairdryer. The cozy, sunny seating area in the garden overlooking the castle, church and mountains is always available to you, as well as a small outdoor table, two folding chairs, a lounger, sun blinds and, on request and with advance notice, a yoga mat or a Lotus grill. When you are outside, it is quite possible that our Norwegian forest cats will stop by and want to be cuddled (but please DO NOT let the cats into the apartment!) The wardrobe offers space for jackets and hats, houses a filled game drawer as well as a closet with central vacuum cleaner, broom and Co. In front of the apartment, a comfortable armchair and the "shoe paradise" await you, which accommodates your shoes during your stay (please wear slippers inside the apartment or wear socks :-)) There is also an additional storage room for empty suitcases, etc. Guest access The free parking space is right in front of the house and at your disposal. You can get through the garden fence with your house key. Please ALWAYS lock it again IMMEDIATELY so that none of the cats escape! 😃 The small paved path leads you directly to your own house entrance. Then seven more steps to the first floor to your feel-good apartment. Welcome! :-) Other things to note The apartment has its OWN washing machine and a "clothesline," both of which are in the laundry room shared with the host (shared use of the staircase). The laundry room is also equipped with a dehumidifier (Secomat). Washing powder is available.
