On first floor there is another guest bedroom with full size bed as well as another living area. Guest access This unit is located in a gated community with 24 hour security. It has private parking for two cars in front of unit, as well as additional guest parking approximately 200 feet away Other things to note First floor is enclosed with impact window and doors. It is the main entrance to unit and is typically used as a utility and/or living area. There you will find another big screen TV, 2 couches, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. In addition you will find a bonus room with full size bed in case you need an additional bed.
