The space With easy access to miles of Cibola National Forest trails, this home is perfect those who like to hike, birdwatch, or just spend time in the mountains. Nearby Madrid, Cerrillos or Santa Fe are easy day trips along the Turquoise Trail, though there is plenty to explore right in the Sandia Park, Cedar Crest and Tijeras neighborhoods, or pop into Albuquerque for an urban Southwestern experience. Also, conservative water use is the name of the game for mountain living. Our well and septic system will appreciate your respect, i.e. no long showers or letting water run for long periods of time. We also ask that you not flush paper products of any kind, including toilet paper. Also please note: both bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steep.
