Situated only 1000 m from the beach, it is the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends looking for a summer getaway. This double-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and an open-plan living area. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a suspended single bed. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Both bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. Please note that all sections of the house need to be accessed via stairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. For convenience, a dishwasher is also available. The open-plan living area is equipped with lovely braai facilities and guests have access to Wi-Fi and DSTV. There is an outside area with a splash pool, but it has a safety net for guests with children. Guests have access to secure parking in a single garage and parking for 2 vehicles behind a remote-controlled gate. The house is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public & special holidays. The cleaning is done by our trustworthy houseman who has been with our family for years. He cleans the house, garden and pool during stay. The estate offers armed response and on-site security guards. An aloof cat lives on the property Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool. Other things to note Please note that there is an aloof cat that roams the property every now and then.
