Guests have access to the entire property except the locked-off garage, used for storage at this time. We welcome you to our home and encourage you to make it your own. Please note our bedding arrangements: we can sleep 12 in 6 Queen beds and offer 3 inflatable luxury mattresses with bedding for extra sleeping arrangements. A few important notes: The pool is not heated and is cleaned every Tuesday & Thursday/Friday. We can arrange a cleaning on your arrival day for an extra $50 with a two-day business notice. Deposits for stays of more than 14 days require a $3,000 deposit. There's a City Ordinance for quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, so please be respectful in our quiet neighborhood.
