Back yard is on the banks of the Rio Hondo River nestled up to beautiful Pines and Aspens of Carson National Forest. One queen bed, one queen sofa bed with new gas fireplace installed fall 2024!! Enjoy the balcony close to the river. Near by shared washer/dryer and enclosed hot tub. Across the street is a 1 hour hike to the breathtaking meadow with views of Taos Ski Valley. Enjoy! The space Park just off the Highway 150 and locate your condo in building 1 of the 2 buildings. Up 5 stairs then to the right go down a staircase to your condo located on the lower level of two levels. Upon entering find a cozy studio condo with queen sleeper sofa, queen bed, new enclosed gas fireplace for warmth. Enjoy a small kitchen, full bath and everything you need for a mountain get away. Guest access Stroll outside and enjoy the serene shared backyard, hot tub, river and beautiful pines and aspens of the Carson National Forest. The basement has a shared washer and dryer. We have been upgrading this condo fall of 2024 to make it even better. We took out the base board heating and put in an easy gas fireplace that is so warm.
