The location is a fan’s dream. • ND Campus = 4-min Uber ride (20-min walk) • Corby’s Irish Pub = 2-min Uber ride (8-min walk, 5 blocks) • The Linebacker Lounge = 4-min Uber ride • Eddy Street Commons = 4-min Uber ride (20-min walk) It is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, farmers market, trails, Trader Joe’s, and Howard Park. The space This 1900 craftsman house is the perfect getaway to enjoy a Notre Dame weekend! Located in the South Bend’s East Bank neighborhood, this space is perfect for families or groups of friends visiting for athletic events, parents’ weekend, commencement, or to explore South Bend. This 1352 sq. ft, charming, historic home boasts hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, along with the pots/pans, dinnerware, and utensils. Outside, there is a fenced-in, outdoor patio space which is great for grilling and hanging out. We have grilling utensils. There are a few steps to get into the house. Both bedrooms are located on the second level. It is important to be aware that the stairs are a bit steep. Should you need to work during your stay – both bedrooms have a desk. 2 Full Bathrooms: Stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and all towels/washcloths for your stay. We have purchased new bed linens, pillows, and towels that are used exclusively for our guests. The house includes 1 queen size bed with a twin size bunk, 1 twin set of bunk beds, and 1 queen size bed allowing sleeping up to 7 in beds. In addition, the house includes a full-size sleeper sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2) allowing for total accommodations of up to 9. Additionally an air mattress (sleeps 2) is available upon request if needed. Home is located in a commercial district and does pick-up some street noise from the busy streets and nearby gas station (which is convenient when you need a late-night snack). Each bedroom has a fan and a white noise machine in it, either can be used to block out street noise. Guest access Plenty of parking for multiple cars. An outdoor Ring doorbell camera is installed on the property for safety and security. Keyless entry and the convenient dusk-to-dawn front porch light make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day. Other things to note We are currently only renting the house for Notre Dame events. If you'd like to extend your stay beyond the dates we opened on the calendar, please message us and we'll be happy to consider opening additional availability to accommodate your trip. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the house. We ask that you please remove your shoes when you arrive. No parties please, quiet hours after midnight.
