The space Beautifully appointed and tastefully finished this 2 bedroom beachfront apartment will not disappoint. Quality linen, fully equipped kitchen, and all the creature comforts of home including split system reverse cycle and free wifi to keep you connected. There is a lovely rear courtyard to enjoy the morning sunshine with a cuppa and a patio at the front for those beautiful sunsets. You will have a designated free parking bay at the rear of the unit which leads into the rear court yard. Guest access Guests have sole occupancy of the apartment and one undercover parking bay. Please note there are steps from the parking bay to the courtyard. Other things to note This property is suitable for 4 guests only and not suitable for children under 5. Please be mindful that this unit is a part of a complex and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time between 10pm and 8 am. The number of guests on the property should not exceed the number declared at the time of booking. Should, at any time, more people be at the property than declared at the time of booking we reserve the right to terminate the reservation immediately. Please note that no pest control will completely eradicate flies, midgies or mosquitoes, these are an everyday part of life, we encourage you to use the sprays and repellents we have supplied.
