Brygghuset,all year living, small farm in the city

A cottage in the countryside but still close to the city's opportunities. The house is suitable for short and long stays depending on how many you are. Winter-insulated and allows living all year round. A cozy accommodation with good opportunities to cook. Equipped with most amenities. Private patio close to nature and garden. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and fitness facilities. Hot water: Some restrictions on the amount of hot water (water heater - 35 litres). Insects occur The space "Brygghuset" is one of the farm's four houses and is located at the back of the plot with a patio facing the forest. Behind the house is the forest close by and you look out over a depression with shrubbery and old trees. Deer, foxes and moose occur On the farm there are two more accommodations - "Ladugården" which is rented out permanently and "Åsengården" itself where the host and family live. The house is one of the farm's older buildings. 20sq meters downstairs (including bathroom). The upper floor has a sloping ceiling with a ceiling height of 187cm so the bed under the sloping ceiling is more suitable for children/young people. Guest access Parking A place on the property – "P Airbnb" as well as the possibility to park on the street outside. Parking next to/above "Brygghuset" (see picture). No parking on the lawn!! Bicycle Easy access to cycle paths within Skövde and surrounding outlying areas. A bike is available to borrow from May to September (notify the host before arrival). Bus Several bus stops within 6-800m. Regular busservices. Train Buses connecting to trains at the travelcentre
