Off this space is a tiny but new bathroom with a good sized shower and wash. machine as well as a decent sized room with distinct bedroom area with a built-in at one end and lounge space at the other. There's a bar fridge and microwave , 4 slice toaster and jug to provide yourself with a meal. Tea and coffee, sugar and Continental Breakfast provided . Security fly screened doors lets in the nor-easter winds and gives access to the beautiful courtyard but there's also air con. Guest access Please park on the gravel front yard. Guests use the key safe on the porch to access their keys. Numbers will be given by text. Guests have the choice to seek or not seek out host.
