Derwent Road House

The house is a 1926 Victorian situated in the suburb of Gardens. Conveniently located between Kloof Street and Kloof Nek Road, within walking distance of great restaurants and local shops. Table Mountain is a brisk jog away and the beach only a 10min drive. Truly the best of both worlds. The house is best suited for 4 adults and 1 or 2 children. The space It is a warm, welcoming family home with lots of light. Guest access Uncapped Wifi / TV / splash pool / 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms - everything in the house that is not locked away Other things to note A cleaner / babysitter will be available for 3 days per week, should it be required, at R300.00 per day.
