Fenced yard and secure off street parking 1 m from unit. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. 2 blocks to beach, The Beachouse Hotel and Enzo's Café. Ride our free push bikes to beach which is great for swimming, kayaking, SUP & fishing. Or walk 8 minutes to the heart of Scarness. The space Entire open plan studio includes private patio, queen bed, L shaped sofa which converts to a double bed, full kitchen, bbq, bathroom and shower. Private parking in fenced area 1 meter to front door of unit. Self contained, behind a house in back yard. Guest access Lock box for easy check in and out. Come when you want and leave when you want. Checkin after 3pm unless prior arrangements made. Check out before before 10am. Other things to note Please ensure you shut the gate at all times and do not block the driveway as other guests will need to use it too. Please park on gravel near unit front entrance under visitor parking sign. Or in the street out front.
