A perfect base to explore the region's wineries, small towns and dams or simply do nothing, take in the relaxing atmosphere, and recharge. Breakfast provisions are supplied for your first morning. The space Galbraith Farmhouse is a charming 80-year-old house that has undergone a modern make-over. Once you step inside you will be pleasantly surprised! The eastern side has been fitted with large glass windows to take in the stunning country views. A modern country kitchen has been installed offering hotplates, microwave and Expressi machine. A Weber bbq is located on the patio. Romantic master bedroom with restored antique iron and brass bed. The second bedroom has two modern farm house single beds all with quality linen. Take in the views from the front patio or enjoy a bottle of wine around the fire pit at dusk. The lounge has a wood heater for cosy winter nights. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Air-conditioned in living/dining/kitchen area. Guest access There is approximately 2 kilometres of gravel/dirt road to access Galbraith Farmhouse. You will need to drive slowly up the driveway if not in a 4WD/SUV. No sheltered or undercover parking Other things to note There is NO Wi-Fi and reception can be limited. It's time to unplug and recharge! Unfortunately the property is not suitable for pets or young children. A cleaning fee of $70 and Airbnb's service fees are calculated in the total when you book.
