Walk to downtown Milton for live music, festivals, breweries, restaurants. Ride on site bikes on Blackwater Heritage Trail. Explore Marquis Bayou and Blackwater River in on site kayaks. Pick blueberries in season. 40 mins to Navarre Beach. 30 mins to Pensacola. Kitchen w/fridge/micro/toaster oven/dbl burner cooktop New Queen bed with comfy Serta mattress. The cottage and the main home were established in 1924. Several other homes were on the property as well. We've discovered and uncovered old concrete stairs and curbs that lead to the Bayou. Daffodils and Paperwhites still bloom along the curbs! The property was a fish camp many, many years ago. The home and cottage have been completely refurbished. Come visit! Feel free to enjoy coffee or tea on the pergola covered patio, or a beverage on the boat dock. Swing on the wooden swings as you listen to birds and squirrels "talk" about their day. Pick blueberries, limes, and loquats in season. Use on-site kayaks and bicycles to explore Marquis Bayou and Blackwater Heritage Trail. You'll have full privacy. You will use a gate opener for exit/entry. We have two very special pups! Sky, a Brittany Spaniel and Asher, a Cairn Terrier, enjoy roaming the property. They are well behaved and very friendly!
