The space The pad is a 32' long 2012 Coachman Freedom Express camper with two slides. One slide is off the living area, and the other expands in back bunk bedroom. The camper has two exterior doors and two total bedrooms. Possibility of 6 beds and can sleep 6 comfortably, one queen bed in the main bedroom, three single beds in the bunk room, and two full-size fold out beds in living area. Parking for one vehicle in front and additional parking out back. An electric awning can expand over the front porch area for shade and covering. Nice large oak trees in ample front yard provide additional shade. A fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and cooking utensils provided makes for easy meals. A small charcoal grill is available for cooking outside, in addition to a fire pit. One small bathroom with quaint stand up shower/tub, sink, and RV toilet. Easy and convenient to surrounding Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore Estate. Nearby creek and swimming hole. Come relax with us on the country hillside in comfort! Guest access There is a children’s outdoor play set on the property for kiddos. Hominy creek is a short walk away and has accessible swimming holes. Other things to note There is a lab name Ike an a lab name Nestle that lives on the property. They may stop by to say hello and is very friendly.
