The house's driveway parking are available for 2 vehicles depending on size. First Come and First Serve. Laundry/ dryer hour is 9am - 9pm. Any violation of it will cause problem. Please don’t put any personal stuff in public areas, it’s not safe and the other people will not comfortable with it. No smoking allowed inside the house, 0 tolerance. But smoking at yard is ok(no weed, only cigarette) No party or visitors allowed. Please NOTE: NOT WELCOME for people who smoke MARIJUANA periodically. I can't clean the smell of marijuana even you didn't smoke in the house. If I smell it, I'll have to ask you to leave.
