The space Modern, well appointed studio annexe includes bedroom, with small kitchenette and a luxury ensuite bathroom. Guest access The Annexe is self contained studio apartment above a double detached garage, with it's own entrance accessed via an external staircase with contemporary style glass balcony. Other things to note Please bear in mind that due to the design of the kitchenette area no cooking facilities are available or provided. There is a sink, a kettle for boiling water to make hot drinks and also a fridge for storing cold drinks and milk etc. Along with the kettle we do provide Tea bags, Coffee sachets and milk for making hot drinks, as well as related crockery & cutlery.
