The space The apartment consists of a bright living room with an equipped kitchenette, a separate and cozy bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with space for morning coffee. The spacious living room has a comfortable and sofa bed, large windows with access to a balcony, fast WiFi, a 32-inch TV with cable and an HDMI cable. In the well-equipped kitchenette, guests have access to, among others: a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a handmade smoothie mixer, a coffee maker, a kettle, new pots, and a full set of dishes, silverware, and kitchen accessories. A separate bedroom has a double bed, a comfy bed, and a spacious wardrobe, tables, and bedside lamps. The functional bathroom comes with a shower, a hair dryer, and a set of hotel soaps. Taking care of the comfort and convenience of our guests, the apartment always has clean towels and fresh and scented linens. In addition, the apartment also has an iron, ironing board, shoe spoon, and special space for suitcases. ***ENGLISH*** We offer you a new, comfy, bright and modern apartment with an equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with a wardrobe, a balcony and a free parking spot in an underground garage. The apartment is situated in a great location in Poznan city center within a short walking distance to the Main Railway / Bus Station, shopping mall Avenida, famous Stary Browar and Poznan International Fair. There is also great public transportation that will bring you to anywhere in the city - you can find the nearest tram and bus stops just 3 minutes from the apartment. In the apartment you can find everything you need for a cosy stay - for either business or touristic reasons. For your comfort you will always find clean and fresh towels and bedsheets and a set of hotel cosmetics. We also offer you a fast Internet connection, a TV and a HDMI cable. Other things to note The apartment has fast, wireless wifi and cable TV. Guests can make use of complimentary coffee and tea on site. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor - in the building there is a modern elevator. There's also a free space in the underground parking lot. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
