Description
In a central Seattle location (between Downtown Seattle, Northgate, and Ballard), this is a small ground-floor suite you get to yourself, with bedroom and bathroom, and your own private yard and patio. Although this secluded, private suite is part of a gated townhome community, it's also in a busy area (you will hear city noise). It's great for those traveling around the city (major bus lines right outside), or those looking to relax inside (TV with Roku+Netflix provided). The space Hang out outside in the private yard, or hide away inside. This suite does NOT have a full kitchen, but it's well stocked, with microwave, mini-fridge, dishes, and utensils. The usual shower and bathroom amenities are provided, as well as high-speed wi-fi (400-900 mbps, works both inside and in the yard) and entertainment (TV includes Roku and Netflix with provided account). Full-size bed has comfortable memory foam topper (but it can be removed if you prefer something firmer.) Air Conditioner provided during summer months (late-April through September). Guest access Free street parking, and major bus lines make traveling throughout Seattle easy. WALKABLE-- Convenience Store is across the street. Grocery store, restaurants, cafes, movie theater, and laundromat are all within 3 blocks away. ONE BUS AWAY (bus stops right outside)-- Downtown Seattle (and Seattle Center/Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle's Chinatown): - Express E on Aurora Ave, going south (15 to 30 minutes, depending on time of day). - 10 to 20 minutes by car. Northgate (includes bus transit center, Link light rail to major Seattle areas/SeaTac Airport, multiplex, sports/concert arena): - 10 minutes by bus. Take the 40 at the bus stop across the street, going east. - 5 minutes by car. Ballard (nightlife, many restaurant and bar options, waterfront, shops, and the farmer's market on Sundays): - 11-15 minutes by bus. Take the 40 at the bus stop right outside, going west. - 8 minutes by car. Other things to note Depending on your expectations, this is a great spot with easy access to major bus lines, numerous shops and restaurants, and more. However, if you're not used to major city areas, you may be annoyed by the noise, or surprised by the city life you'll see while out and about. It's safe, but not what I would call "family friendly". For those looking for a tucked-away spot in the middle of a major, busy Seattle area, this is a great choice. Registration details STR-OPLI-21-000900
