The space There are 2 houses on the lot with a shared common wall. This front house is for Airbnb with a completely private entrance, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, and a Kitchen. The back house is reserved for very quiet and long-term tenants. They understand and will keep noise to a minimum. Please do the same. Please leave your laundry bag in front of the black gate. Clean clothes will be returned within 24 hours. PARKING: - 1 parking space available on Driveway and also convenient 24/7 street parking. Street Cleaning is on Monday and Tuesday. Guest access Guests have all the facilities to themselves without sharing with others. Total privacy. Please do not interrupt the tenants in the back house. Other things to note This home is set up primarily for families, friends gatherings, and work trips, it is not for wild parties or travelers looking to smoke. Before your arrival, please inform all guests of the listing details and House Rules carefully for suitability. Just want to make sure it’s a suitable place for everyone: • NO SMOKING TOBACCO, VAPING, OR MARIJUANA INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE (WE PROVIDE A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT). • No smoking outside the house in common areas or patio, if you have smokers in your group please smoke by driveway away from the house. If any evidence of smoking any substance is found inside the house, you will be charged a minimum of $500 for additional cleaning fees incurred. These fees are subject to increase if there is more smell, smoke, or ash. . NO PETS. No ESA/ Service Animal due to the safety of other people in this house share, and severe allergies. We are exempted to having to do so. • LOCAL RESIDENTS LIVING IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE BOOKING. WE DON'T ALLOW LOCAL RESIDENTS HOSTING PARTIES, BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS, SEMINARS, OR EVENTS HERE BECAUSE YOUR RESIDENCE IS TOO SMALL. • No illegal drug use • No weapons, firearms, guns • No party events . Before the Entry code provides, We required a list of guests' names. If you have less than 1 review with 5 stars, a copy of Guests' ID ( one from the person who book the reservation) is required. . Third-party bookings are not allowed. . Unregistered guests/ Visitors are not allowed. You will be charged $100/ guest per night If you violate this rule. . Anything missing or damaged you will be charged to be replaced. Please do not re-arrange Furnitures. Do not take home anything (towels and Slippers). . Noise complaints are subject to having the reservation canceled with no refund. We have a zero-tolerance for parties, noise violations, or complaints from our neighbors. . Please be aware that the exterior of the house is equipped with security cameras for your safety. The cameras are positioned at the front door, right side, and left side of the house. There are no security cameras inside the house. The cameras will be recording during your stay. Any attempt to disable, re-aim, cover, or remove the cameras will result in immediate termination of your booking with no refund. • Quiet hours between 12 pm to 7 am . No Street shoes in the house . Do not flush anything except toilet paper. . Do not burn candles. . Only accept guests with 5 stars reviews and 25 year old and above. Over 21 years old guests can be considered with good reviews. . When booking and/or cancelling your stay at any of my listings, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making me aware of any issues that you are having, and allowing me to fix the issue(s). . Please turn off lights/ AC/Heater when you leave the house. — NOTE: Fireworks are allowed in our city on July 4th. There will be A LOT of fireworks from 7 p.m. until after midnight. If you are someone who loves fireworks and does not mind the noise, this would be a perfect place for you on July 4th. We do NOT accept USPS mail or packages being delivered at our location. You may have same-day delivery for services that will bring your orders directly to the door (ie: Amazon, Postmates, Uber Eats, FedEx, UPS, etc.) You can also ship your packages to several Amazon Locker locations nearby. We are not responsible for any lost packages so a "signature required" delivery is strongly recommended. A a copy of ID are required if guests have NO reviews.
