The Fairlee Inn is a historic duplex Victorian built in 1800 tastefully updated and standing proud in the charming town of Fairlee Vermont. Conveniently off the i91 highway on Route 5N. Very close to Lake Morey Beach, Resort & Golf Course, The Drive in Movie Theater & Fairlee Marine Boat rentals. 20min from Dartmouth college, hospital & skiway! Fully stocked kitchen & Perfect location for outdoor activities & centrally located. By Wings Market,Samurai Soul Food and Broken Heart Burger The space Please read the whole listing and my rules in their entirety before you book A FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with everything you need to cook up a storm: oven with stove top, pots/pans, utensils, glasses, mugs, bowls, paper towels, microwave, oven mitts and toaster. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with basic spices such as oils, vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, and condiments for your use. Everything you need to brew up a hot cup of coffee in the morning is ready and waiting coffee maker, coffee grinds, coffee filters, tea, and tea kettle. If anything is missing contact me and I will bring some over immediately. There is a breakfast table with seating for 4. The LAUNDRY ROOM has a Washer, Dryer, Detergent, Vacuum, Swiffer, broom, Ironing board, Iron and Fresh Towels. The LIVING/DINING ROOM at the entrance there are plenty of hooks for jackets and space to take off shoes or other gear. The dining area is situated with a stylish dining table seating up to 6. The living room has two blue suede love seats with a coffee table. This space also has a comfortable gray futon. Enjoy the large flat screen smart TV. This space has Super-Fast WiFi. The BATHROOM has Body wash, shampoos, conditioners, lotion, hair dryer, Extra Soft Toilet Paper, a Tub/Shower, vanity and Mirror. The LARGE PROPERTY is Conveniently located on a Historic Main Street, Close to the i91 highway with a big yard. You’ll have your own section on the property with a Picnic Table , Firepit (most supermarkets sell bundles of wood), propane BBQ grill, and seating for outdoor entertainment. Trash and Recycle Dumpsters on site for trash and recycling disposal on site. A functional railroad behind the house gives an extra taste of historic charm with a train going by once a day. The SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS are 4 bedroom. BR1 with Queen and 2 Singles. BR2 with 2 Queens. BR 3 with 2 Queens. BR 4 with 1 Full Guest access Guests have access to the fully stocked house with everything you’ll need for a comfortable retreat Other things to note Quiet hours 10pm-8am •There is an apartment upstairs above you with other Airbnb Guests which you will hear. I do ask the guests upstairs to be very mindful, light footed and respectful knowing you are living below but please expect some noise because the house was built in 1800 and the floor noise insulation is not the best. •If the guests above you are excessively noisy After 10pm PLEASE let me know IMMEDIATELY and I will reach out to them and ask them to be quiet. I have a strict 10pm no loud noise policy. There is nothing I can do to help if you tell me in the morning that guests are being noisy late night. If you contact me, I’ll resolve the issue immediately. Also, sometimes guests are just checking in during the evening and moving luggage around so please give them some time to settle in. •The Oven and Fridge in most pictures is are old. They are newly updated. •If you would like to bring dogs please read my rules and note that an additional fee applies. •Before you book make sure to take a look at my other Airbnb listings through my profile, maybe they are a better fit! • It’s appreciated that guests help finish drying laundry if there are linens/towels from the previous guests in the washer. •You MAY hear cars/trucks pass by the house from time to time because we are conveniently located in town. •You will have cell phone service reception, super-fast WiFi and LTE service at the Airbnb. •There is no door to enter the other unit upstairs where there is another Airbnb. Their entrance is all the way around the other side of the house.. •Prices vary seasonally and daily with demand •If you have any issues at all with the Airbnb when you arrive please contact me immediately so it can be sorted out •The driveway and lawn are maintained seasonally •Please heart our listing and save us to your wish list! •We apologize if linens/towels are still drying upon your arrival.
