Large 4 bed 3.5 bath 3800sqft family style home on 1 acre of half lawn / half oak trees. Screened in patio w/ large salt water pool, surrounded by privacy bushes and lush tropical plants. House and patios are very private, with a large balcony overlooking the treetops, golf course, and the tropical patio below. Home is great for kids, great for get togethers, and especially awesome during the winter time thanks to Florida's warm weather and the many activities on the Nature Coast. The space - Mounted TVs in every bedroom w/ Amazon Fire Sticks & Cable TV - Working Fireplace in the living room, artificial fireplace in master bedroom - 3.5 baths (2 baths + shower upstairs, 1 bath downstairs) - The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the patio and treetops - Neighbors exist but are rarely seen / heard - House exists in very private well kept HOA, will require guests to pick up car passed at the front entrance when they first arrive. - Home exists on hole 19 of Black Diamond Golf Course. Guests can play golf if they buy a pass from office. - Each of the 4 bedrooms has either a King or Full Mattress. We will set up an extra air mattress in each of the 4 bedrooms if requested. This would be 8 bed in the house - Very large living room area that overlooks the patio, with movie projector. - Living room has large comfortable couch that easily seats 10 or sleeps 3. Our home is less than 90min to Orlando, Tampa, Gainsville. 30min to Ocala, Brooksville. 10min to Crystal River, Dunellon, Inverness. I-75 is 30min away. Suncoast Highway & Hwy 19 10min away.
