Two-Story Brick Townhome with thoughtful updates & design touches throughout. This listing offers the master bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom attached. Around 1,000 sq ft of space including kitchen, dining, living room, and 1/2 bath on the first floor. There’s a private fenced-in patio at the back with seating, a chiminea, garden, and laundry room/storage bldg. Our community pool is open seasonally May-Sept, and a park with tennis courts is a 10-minute walk away! The space My home is a slightly eclectic, jungalow filled with vintage and secondhand furnishings, live plants, and the soft glow of salt lamps throughout. The patio is my favorite spot, with seating and a garden that is most magnificent in the spring! I live here regularly so please expect and respect personal items throughout the home. Guest access I have done my best to create a space that is warm, welcoming, comfortable and peaceful. Guests will have access to the entire downstairs with exception of the locked room marked owners closet. And the bedroom, full bathroom and a linen closet that is marked “Extra Linens” on the 2nd floor. All other spaces are not included in your rental. Please be respectful of my personal items and conscientious of what should be left alone. If you are curious about something or have questions please reach out to me. Other things to note I require a copy of valid license or passport of each person staying in my home. Your booking request will be dependent on this. This is my home, I hope you understand. **Guests staying over 10 days will either need to maintain all of the plants on their own or be ok with my plant person coming in to take care of them! We can arrange the day/time for the plants once you’ve booked. There are a lot of plants!!!** While I do not accept pets at this time please note that when I am not renting my place I live here with my small dog and it's possible to find a hair or two, although I really do my best to keep things as clean and hair-free as possible.
