The space The apartment has a large sunny living space floor with double bedroom on separate floor with large modern kitchen layout overlooking a large private south facing terrace. Guest access Check in time after 2 pm a 1 hour window will be agreed by prior arrangement also late night check in or other times by prior arrangement. All check in times to be agreed in advance. You will be able to access all areas except a small storage area and second bedroom mainly used for storage and the private roof terrace is yours to enjoy. There is an exceptionally large open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Other things to note Every guest will he asked for proof of ID, permanent address and telephone number at check-in. You may be refused entry at check in if you cannot provide these details. Students are welcome. Details of your college will be required. A refundable deposit will be taken. Internet is provided. If there is loud music, any gatherings of anyone not named at booking and check in the police may be called and all guests asked to leave. Any items broken and not declared by check-out may be charged at replacement cost plus admin fee of 20%. Any drugs or cigarettes found on the premises will be charged at a fee of £100 plus any cleanup charges. Pets are free. You are expected to clean up after your pet before check out. All poh bags to be placed in rubbish bin outside the apartment and not stored in the appartment.
