A private beach on the lake suitable for swimming, a vast wooded park and wide open spaces invite you to relax and enjoy time together. Designed to accommodate families, friends & seminars, the house allows you to enjoy each other’s company whilst preserving everyone’s privacy. The space This large, cosy wooden house has been designed to comfortably accommodate groups, whilst ensuring everyone’s privacy. 🛏️ Accommodation & private spaces: 7 separate bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, arranged as follows: - Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - Ground floor: 3 one-bedroom flats with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes + 1 dormitory (bathroom in the gym) 👉 15 to 18 beds in total: 9 double beds (2 of which can be separated into twin beds) 3 single beds 2 small bunk beds 1 sofa bed + 1 sofa that can be used as an extra bed if needed 🍽️ Common areas & facilities: - Upstairs: Large, bright and cosy living area (lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet) - On the ground floor: a large gym equipped with weight training equipment - A laundry room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer, can be made available for stays of more than 3 days, by request only. ✨ As well as a perfectly functional home, you’ll enjoy a unique experience in a private natural setting, ideal for socialising, relaxing and enjoying activities, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guest access 🚘 A car is recommended so that you can easily reach the local shops during your stay (located about 6 km from the house) However, there are alternatives (including the option to have your shopping delivered to the property by ordering from Intermarché Langoiran, if you don’t have a car): 🚌 Bus : Le Bridat bus stop, 2 km away on the D10 – route 501 Bordeaux ↔ Langon (timetables available on the Modalis website) 🚆 Train : Portets or Beautiran stations, approximately 10 km away 🚖 Tax i: Contact details will be provided in our welcome guide, which you will receive after booking. Other things to note The house is situated in the heart of the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux AOC wine region, offering superb views of vineyards stretching across plains and hillsides. 🍷 For wine lovers, we can organise a wine tasting of wines from Vignobles Gonfrier at the Château Langoiran wine cellar, located just 10 minutes from the house. Finally, please note that a tenancy agreement will be sent to you by email via our channelmanager Superhote, once your booking has been confirmed. This must be read and signed before your arrival. If you need an english version, please ask for us. Besides, you will be asked to pay a security deposit a few days before arrival. You will also receive an email from Superhote containing a payment link. This is not an actual payment but a pre-authorisation for the sum of €1,000. This amount will not be debited from your account but will be held for the duration of your stay.
