This cozy wooden house, 25 minutes from Bordeaux, is located in a magical place in the middle of nature, between Lake Baurech and the Garonne. You will benefit from a private beach in front of the lake, a large wooded park and can enjoy various activities (wakeboarding, water skiing, paddle yoga, jogging/hiking/biking circuit, wine tasting, boat rides on the Garonne etc...) A peaceful haven to share, ideal for a stay with friends, family, colleagues! The space This wooden house consists of 7 independent bedrooms with private bathrooms, a dormitory, an office and a spacious and friendly common living room with a unique view of the lake and the Garonne! Upstairs you will find the large common living room (living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and toilet), the office (equipped with a sofa) and four bedrooms, equipped with double beds with private bathroom. Three 2-room apartments equipped with bathroom and small kitchen as well as a dormitory are located on the ground floor. In total, the house has 14 beds (9 double beds, 3 single beds and 2 bunk beds), a sofa bed and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed if needed. Finally, you can enjoy a large gym equipped with weight training equipment. Beyond being a functional house where each of your friends will have their privacy, you will spend a stay in a unique private natural setting out of time and will be able to enjoy diversified activities! Guest access We recommend coming by car so you can easily get to local shops (6 km from the house). Otherwise, you can come by bus (Le Bridat stop 2 km on the D10, line 501 Bordeaux - Langon, timetables on the modalis website), train (Portets and Beautiran stations about 10 km away) or taxi. Other things to note This house is located in the middle of the AOC Cadillac-Côtes-de-Bordeaux vineyard. So you can enjoy the surrounding vineyards between plains and hills. For wine lovers, we can arrange a wine tasting of the wines of Vignobles Gonfrier at the cellar of Château Langoiran, 10 minutes from the house.
