The countryside by the sea! This spacious contemporary villa is close to the north coast, a 15-minute walk to Yusin Beach and the small port of Calgrac'h. The nearest supermarket is 600 meters away and the shops of the village are a 10-minute walk away. The south-facing terrace welcomes you in an enclosed, wooded and flowered garden, with its garden furniture and Weber barbecue. The space The entrance serves on the one hand a single-storey bedroom (160*200) with a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and separate toilets and on the other hand a living room of more than 60 m² with a dining room side and a living room side with a comfortable corner sofa and a large TV. The kitchen was redone 4 years ago. It is fully equipped (oven, large fridge, dishwasher, raclette machine...) and is open to the living room. This living room is very bright and faces south: it gives direct access to the terrace. In the living room, a large library with books on Brittany and Ouessant and board games (Trivial Pursuit Brittany, Dixit, Concept, Times Up, Top Ten) as well as books, puzzles and games for children; and a large comfortable sofa! Upstairs, a reading sofa area on the landing gives access to a large bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with dressing room and a desk area for teleworking ;), a recent shower room, separate toilet and the 3rd bedroom (2 beds 1 person or 4 beds children/teen). The house is adjoining the "little house in the moor" which has its own entrance. Each has its own garden. In the cellar, there is a washing machine and dryer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire large house. The entrance to the house is private, overlooking the garden. Other things to note Utility costs (water, electricity, etc.) are estimated based on electricity consumption: €0.30 per kW/h. Guests must clean and return the house to the condition in which they found it. No pets allowed.
