If you want to escape from work, city crowds and school obligations, you've come to the right place! In our old wooden Zagorje house you can enjoy the peace and quiet of beautiful nature. The house is modernly equipped (smart TV, wi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave oven, water boiler, toasters, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, hand mixer, hair dryer and walk-in shower). In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare food (dishes for preparing food and dishes for serving food). The space KITCHEN In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your food (dishes to prepare food and dishes to serve food). We have a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, bread toaster, fridge with freezer, hand mixer, stick mixer. You will be greeted in the fridge with fresh produce - organic farm eggs, milk, homemade wine, beers, juice, homemade jam and homemade bacon. You will also find oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, coffee, aluminum and clear foil, baking paper, salt and pepper. The tap water is for drinking, so you don't need to buy bottled water. LIVING ROOM The house is over 150 years old. It is made of oak beams, which are hand-sewn. The house has excellent insulation, so you won't need air conditioning. When it's 35% {smart_C, it's a nice 24% {smart_inside. There is a smart TV, wireless speakers, board games, and drawing supplies in the living room (so you don't need to carry toys). There is also a wood burning stove there for you to burn yourself. Wood is provided. BEDROOM There is an open sleeping area on the gallery. It consists of two single beds and one double. Bed linen, tea towels, small towels and large pool towels are waiting for you inside the house. The view from the bed says it all. You'll be awakened by the chirping of birds and a few timid doe, rabbit, or pheasant. BATHROOM The bathroom is small but functional. Walk-in shower is an ideal option for both older and younger. The window may be open all the time, as it has a protective insect screen. We've also got a space heater if you're cold. HALLWAY In the hallway there is a shoe cabinet and a bench with storage where you will find spare toilet paper, kitchen towels, dish sponge, trash bags, rubber gloves, a clothes dryer and deck chairs. COURTYARD The yard is fenced, so you are welcome to let your dog enjoy the run, without fear of getting away somewhere. We have a covered space to park your car and a BBQ area. Feel free to help yourself to grapes and apples from our garden. The fruit is organic, as we do not use any protective products. Enjoy the deck, which is covered and located in the shade. And in the times of the greatest heat you can stay on the terrace, as there is a constant breeze and it is always a comfortable temperature. You have the option to use an outdoor shower, which will refresh you and your pets. While sitting on the patio you can watch popcorn running in the field, pheasant, rabbits, doe. You can rest in a hammock and swing on the swings while your gaze wanders over the beautiful Zagorje hills. The house is on a side street, so there is no noise from traffic, but you just hear the chirping of the birds. Other things to note We ask guests to clean up after their pets, so that the environment is beautiful and pleasant for you and for other guests. THE HOUSE CAN BE RENTED EVEN IN THE WINTER MONTHS, BUT GUESTS MUST LIGHT THE WOOD STOVE THEMSELVES. Wood is provided. The cleaning fee is not charged, and is not included in the price. There is no pet fee. The house is not intended for parties and gatherings. Guests are asked to turn off the electric heaters and the gas cylinder when they leave the house for safety, thank you. The stairs to the house can be slippery if it rains. Charging electric cars is not possible in the house, because all other electrical appliances inside the house are disconnected from the network. You can charge your cars in the parking lot in front of the Terme Tuhelj pool 3 km from the house (there are 6 available). Thank you!
