If you want to escape from work, city crowds and school obligations, you've come to the right place! In our old wooden house you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the wonderful nature. The house is modernly equipped (smart TV, wi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toasters, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, hand mixer, hair dryer and walk-in shower). In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your food (dishes to prepare food and dishes to serve food). The space KITCHEN In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare food (dishes for food preparation and dishes for serving food). We have a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster, bread toaster, fridge with freezer, hand mixer, hand blender. Fresh products will greet you in the fridge - organic homemade eggs, milk, homemade wine, beers, juice, homemade jam and homemade bacon. Here you will also find oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, coffee, aluminum and transparent foil, baking paper, salt and pepper. Tap water is drinkable, so you don't have to buy bottled water. LIVING ROOM The house is over 150 years old. It is made of oak beams, which are hand-hewn. The house has excellent insulation, so you won't need an air conditioner. When it's 35ᵒC outside, it's a pleasant 24ᵒC inside. In the living room there is a smart TV, wireless speakers, board games and art supplies (so you don't have to bring toys). There is also a wood-burning stove that you can fire yourself. Wood is provided. BEDROOM There is an open sleeping area in the gallery. It consists of two separate beds and one double bed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, small towels and large pool towels are waiting for you in the house. The view from the bed says it all. You will be awakened by the chirping of birds and the occasional timid deer, rabbit or pheasant. BATHROOM The bathroom is small but functional. A walk-in shower is an ideal option for both the elderly and the young. The window can be open all the time, because it has a protective net against insects. We also have a heater if you're cold. HALLWAY In the hallway there is a shoe cabinet and a bench with storage where you will find spare toilet paper, kitchen towels, dish sponges, garbage bags, rubber gloves, a clothes dryer and deck chairs. YARD The yard is fenced, so you can freely let your dog enjoy running, without fear of it running away somewhere. We have a covered parking space for your car and a barbecue area. Feel free to help yourself to grapes and apples from our garden. The fruit is organic, because we don't use any pesticides. Enjoy the terrace, which is covered and in the shade. Even in the hottest weather, you can stay on the terrace, because the wind is constantly blowing and the temperature is always pleasant. You have the option of using an outdoor shower, which will refresh you and your pets. While sitting on the terrace you can watch the chickens running in the field, pheasants, rabbits, deer. You can rest in a hammock and swing on the swings while your gaze is drawn to the beautiful Zagorje hills. The house is in a side street, so there is no traffic noise, but only the chirping of birds. Other things to note We ask guests to clean up after pets, so that the environment is beautiful and comfortable for you and the other guests. THE HOUSE CAN BE UNAJMITII also IN the WINTER MONTHS, WITH the GUESTS HAVING TO BURN THEIR OWN WOOD STOVE. Wood is provided. The cleaning fee is not charged, and is not factored into the price. There is no pet fee. The house is not intended for parties and parties. Guests are asked to turn off the electric heaters and the gas cylinder when they leave the house for safety, thank you. The stairs to the house can be slippery if it rains. Charging of electric cars is not possible in the house, as there is an ejection from the network of all other electrical devices inside the house.
