Welcome to The Warren Shepherd’s Hut at Dorset Valley Glamping, tucked away on Rabbit Catchers Farm in the peaceful village of Powerstock, Dorset. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, wake up to birdsong and wildlife. Relax in a tranquil valley setting, just a short stroll from two cozy country pubs. The stunning Jurassic Coast, Bridport, and West Bay are all a quick 10-minute drive away. Perfect for a cozy, peaceful countryside getaway filled with nature and charm. The space Hidden away on our 18-acre smallholding at Rabbit Catchers Farm is Dorset Valley Glamping, where curious ponies and sheep often pop by to say hello. We have three cozy Shepherd’s Huts here. The Warren can be booked alongside The Nest and The Snug (subject to availability)—just get in touch if you’d like to know more. The Warren is spacious and perfect for glamping in style. It features a well-equipped kitchenette, a sumptuous king-size bed promising a great night’s sleep, and two comfy armchairs with beautiful views. Enjoy modern comforts including a TV, electric hob, combo microwave/oven, fridge with freezer, rainfall shower, basin, WC, and underfloor heating throughout to keep you cozy. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided, with extra blankets stored nearby for chilly evenings by the fire. The outdoor area catches sun all day, all yours to enjoy. Relax in your own luxurious private hot tub throughout your stay. Dogs are welcome for an additional £20—please add them to your booking. We ask dogs to stay off the bed; if you’d like your dog to sleep with you, please bring your own bedding and let us know so we can prepare accordingly. The field in front of the hut is ours, and just a short walk either way will take you to one of two excellent pubs—both downhill on the way home! You’ll be surrounded by wildlife: white deer, hedgehogs, pheasants, foxes, ducks, birds of prey, and even a kingfisher was recently spotted! Early risers might hear woodpeckers at work, and if you stay quiet at dusk, owls may put on a show. All our animals are friendly pets who love attention—be warned, once you start fussing them, you might find it hard to leave! Guest access The hut is just a stone’s throw away from the parking spot. Pre-ordering is essential, and we’ll send you all the details you need. 🐾 Meet the Animals – £10 Fancy meeting our friendly gang of animals? Book a meet-and-greet experience for just £10. This is weather-dependent, so we’ll confirm availability closer to your stay. 🥚 Fresh Farm Eggs – £2 per half dozen Henry’s rescue hens are happy, well-loved, and lay delicious fresh eggs. You’ll often find them available at the honesty stand near the gate. If it’s empty, just pop us a message and we’ll check for you.
