The room is air-conditioned and has a TV, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe and a kettle. Upon arrival, you will find complimentary water, coffee, tea, and some small pastries ☕🍪. Bed linen and bath towels are, of course, provided. You're at home here: The fully equipped kitchen is freely accessible for preparing and eating your meals, whether I'm there or not. You can also use the fridge and enjoy the living room, veranda, terrace and large 6,000 m² garden 🌿. The house is located in a quiet area, in the heart of the Breton countryside, with free private parking. Nice walks are available in the immediate vicinity: a forest, a small chapel, and even a little-known megalithic site a few hundred yards away. You are only 5 minutes from Malestroit and its medieval town, the Canal de Nantes à Brest, and the Voie Verte. Ploërmel is 10 minutes away, La Gacilly is 15 minutes away, Lizio and its Musée des Poètes Ferrailleurs are 15 minutes away, Brocéliande is 20–25 minutes away, Vannes is about 30 minutes away, and the beaches of Morbihan are 40–45 minutes away. 🚲 Two electric bicycles can be rented to explore the surrounding area. ⚡ Are you traveling in an electric vehicle? Vehicle charging is also available upon request. The house and the room are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside or in the veranda in case of bad weather. Vaping is allowed. And most importantly, please never hesitate to ask me for anything during your stay. My wish is simple: for you to feel at home here! 😊 Guest access During your stay, you are free to enjoy the common areas of the house as if you were at home. 😊 You have access to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare and eat your meals, as well as to the necessary utensils and appliances. Space in the refrigerator is available for your use. You can also enjoy the living room with a large-screen TV, the bathroom, the toilet and the veranda. On sunny days, feel free to enjoy the terrace and the large 6,000 m² garden 🌿. Complimentary private parking is available on the property. Access to the common areas remains unrestricted, whether I am present or not: the idea is that you can organize your stay at your own pace and feel right at home here.
