Garden studio in quiet location

Lovely, bright studio flat in a quiet location on the south side of the city, beside Alexandra Park with its wonderful views over Bath. 15-20 minutes' walk from the railway/bus station and all the shops and sights of Bath*. There are two local mini-supermarkets plus cafes, pubs and independent shops. Parking available by arrangement. *Please note part of the walk back from town is quite a steep climb but there are regular buses, direction Bear Flat and get out at the first stop (or taxi). The space The property is a studio plus a full-height little kitchenette down four steps in the old undercroft (please note the doorway is only 1.36m high). The kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (do bring your favourite coffee pods) dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a small patio area for the exclusive use of Studio guests with a cafe table and chairs. Guest access Guests have sole access to the Studio and the small patio behind it.
