Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage. The space Living area with pull-out couch, dining table for 2 and small functional kitchen. A very steep staircase leads to the sleeping level directly under the roof. Guest access The garden and the two terraces at the cottage can be used by the guests. Since we have chickens, rabbits, cats, horses and dogs at home on the farm, we ask you to keep your dogs on a leash on the farm. Other things to note The stairs to get to the sleeping level are very steep. Alternatively, the house has a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. The cottage is located in the middle of our horse farm. Since chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs live here, dogs are to be kept on a leash in the yard. The electricity for operating the sauna is additionally billed on site according to consumption via a separate meter.
