Guest Suite - Entire basement great for PSU games

Rent our entire finished basement, great for your PSU weekend! The space has one bedroom with a full bed and a Queen air mattress set up in the gym area. The space has a full bath, fridge, Keurig, and microwave. After the game, enjoy the rest of your night watching games from the downstairs bar. Towels, linens, and toiletries provided. A private entrance and parking spot, with the owners upstairs in the main space if there are any issues. The space The basement has a general area, a bedroom, and a gym space that is converted into the second bed area. The area has a private bathroom with shower. Notes: We want to be transparent about 2 items. 1. The entrance is a cellar entrance and bilco doors. We have a handrail and treads on the stairs, but they are a little steep. 2. We have a toddler. We certainly want you to enjoy the space but ask that you observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Thank you and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out! Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of the basement, the backyard, and a parking space on the street in front of the house.
